Vertical integration is HStern's biggest strength. Since it’s founding the company has been family-run and controls every stage of the jewelry creation process - from searching for the best precious gems to conceptualizing and designing collections, through to the final product. Because all of these steps are done internally, technical and creative excellence can be achieved and obstacles constantly overcome. Today the company's production team is comprised of more than 300 workers, including designers, goldsmiths, stone cutters and setters.
